Group Reservation Policy

When multiple units are being rented by a group, they will be rented as one.

1. The group will have a single main contact person.
2. This contact person will be responsible for all payments, damages, etc.
3. A confirmation contract will be sent to the contact person upon receiving a 50% deposit.
4. The main contact person will compile a sleeping arrangement list that is to be presented to the resorter and updated anytime the arrangement changes.

Deposits

1. 50% of the lodging will be due within 10 days of making a reservation

2. The remaining 50 % will be due upon arrival.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELLATION UNLESS:

1. You  cancel at least 90 days in advance.

2. You cancel and Melgeorge's is able to re-rent the lodging for the entire length of time.

ALL REFUNDED DEPOSITS WILL BE CHARGED A $45.00 SERVICE FEE

DAMAGE ISSUES:
We maintain the right to charge your credit card for any damage or extensive cleaning caused by pets or humans.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in the cabins with the exception of Cedar and Tamarak. There is a fee of $17/day and $90/week for each pet.
