Group Reservation Policy

When multiple units are being rented by a group, they will be rented as one.

1. The group will have a single main contact person.
2. This contact person will be responsible for all payments, damages, etc.
3. A confirmation contract will be sent to the contact person upon receiving a 50% deposit.
4. The main contact person will compile a sleeping arrangement list that is to be presented to the resorter and updated anytime the arrangement changes.

Deposits

1. 50% of the lodging will be due within 7 days of making a reservation
2. The remaining 50% will be due upon arrival

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REUNDABLE upon cancellation unless:

1. Melgeorge's Resort is able to re-rent the lodging for the entire length of time the resort is full (if prime time).
2. The guest who cancelled has found his or her own replacement and the resort is full (if prime time).

• REFUNDED DEPOSITS will carry an office charge of 20% of the total deposit.
• GUESTS choosing to ARRIVE or CHECK OUT EARLY remain responsible for the entire length of their reservation since those days were "sold" to them and are therefore removed from the market.
• CANCELLATIONS of deposits taken by CREDIT CARD are a function of the CREDIT CARD CONTRACT
• Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted
• Check-in at 1:00 p.m., check-out at 10:00 a.m.
